This is an add-on service to the Joyful Eating Program.

For those who have completed the Joyful Eating Program but want to stay connected  I offer a monthly Maintenance Program which includes continued support through text and email.  And in order to help keep your meal plan fresh and new I will also provide a new recipe each month designed specifically for you based on your Joyful Eating profile.
