In theory I always advise mixing your own gluten-free flour as it saves money, ensures a fresher product and is incredibly easy when you have the right equipment. But this is just in theory. In reality I understand that lack of time and storage space are real.

If you only have one gluten free flour in your cupboard this one is the most versatile blend. Good for everything from cakes and cookies all the way to churros.
INGREDIENTS: White Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Non-Fat Powdered Milk, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum
If gluten free flour in your house is generally used for cookies and muffins then this is your blend. Great for basic baking such as rolled and drop cookies, muffins and amazing cupcakes.
INGREDIENTS: Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Xanthan Gum, Pectin
This gluten free flour is high in starch and lower in protein which is the perfect blend for pastry. If light and flakey pie crust, puff pastry, biscuits or scones are on the menu this flour blend is a must have.

This flour is great for light items such as gluten free pancakes, waffles and crepes. Also perfect for thickening puddings, soups, gravies and sauces that require a roux.
